You must have a service booked prior to checking in with this voucher. A card on file is required for booking to be used ONLY in the case of a late cancelation (<24 hours prior to appointment start time) or no-show. This voucher may not be applied to the 20% late cancelation/no show fee.

Guests are encouraged (but not required) to add a gratuity. Gratuity is not included in the voucher price.
