Do I need to book an appointment?
You do not need to book an appointment for using the bath areas and saunas. You are
welcome to walk in and purchase a general admission. For body scrub or massage
services, we strongly recommended that guests book their appointments a few days
ahead of time. Guests are welcome to check for availability when they arrive, but we
cannot guarantee availability for walk-in appointments.
General admission is required for guests to receive spa services and must be
purchased separately as it is not included in the spa service fee.

How can I book an appointment?
Guests can book their own appointments online. If you have questions about services,
you may call us at (346) 978-6684.

How far in advance should I book an appointment?
We recommend booking at least two to three days ahead of time for weekday (Monday
through Thursday) appointments and at least one week ahead of time for weekend
(Friday through Sunday) appointments to receive your preferred time. If you are
planning a spa day for a party of 10 or more, please contact

Do I have to be nude in order to go to the spa?
Like most traditional Asian-style spas, we have a strict no-garment policy for our bath
pools to ensure maximum sanitation. If you wish to use the bath area (which is
gender-separated) you must remove all clothing and shower before going into any of
the pools. The rest of the spa is co-ed, however, and you must wear a spa uniform that
is provided to you at check-in.

Can I come to the spa if I’m pregnant?
We do not perform body treatments or massages at any stage of pregnancy. If you are
pregnant, please consult with your doctor before using our hot tubs and saunas due to
overheating and dehydration risks. We have several areas in our facility that do not
pose any risks to pregnant guests including our café, restaurant, lounge and napping

Should I go into the saunas if I have a health condition?
We strongly recommend that guests consult with their physicians before using the

What preventive measures are you taking against COVID-19?
Our customer’s well-being is our top priority. We encourage guests and staff to stay
safe, and stay home if they are feeling under the weather. We have masks available at
the front desk upon request, and there are hand sanitizer dispensers scattered
throughout our facility for easy access. We have a limited entrance capacity, and we
continuously sanitize the entire spa throughout the day.
