General Information
General Policy
Barefoot or socks only are permitted, and the Bath areas are gender-separated and fully nude.
Included Access
Your General Admission includes one-time entry for full-day access to the bath areas, saunas and relaxation rooms as well as locker and spa uniform rentals.
Admission is required and charged separately from all services.
Additional Services
Massages, body scrubs, and purchases (food, drinks, golf, karaoke) are available for an extra fee.
Towel Rental
Small towels are provided; large towels are available for $2.

For safety reasons, we reserve the right to check non-clear bags upon entry.
Age Guidelines
Guests must be 18 and up to receive any Spa Sevices. Children between 11 and 18 years of age may check into the spa only when accompanied by same sex guardian.
Children under 11 years of age are not permitted in the spa facility, but are welcome in our Kid’s World area.
Children ages 6 and up may be left at Kid’s World under the supervision of our staff, when parents are utilizing other parts of the facility such as the spa, iGolf, restaurant or bar. However, children ages 5 and under must be supervised by a guardian.
Dining with Children
Families can dine together in the restaurant but must enter through the Kid’s World stairs, not the sauna area.

How to SPA
Checking In
Take your shoe locker key and any pre-purchased tickets/admissions to the front desk. First time guests will also need to register with a valid ID.
Beginning
Upon arrival, place your shoes in a shoe locker. A second locker will be provided for personal belongings.
Services
If you’ve scheduled a service, please inform the front desk attendant to check in upon arrival. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability may be limited—early booking is recommended.
Saunas / Bath Area
In Korean spa tradition, sauna visits are about listening to your body. Start with a milder room, take your time, and remember to hydrate between sessions.
Other Spa Attractions
Explore our lounge areas, movie theater, outdoor terrace, and Korean fusion restaurant at your leisure.
Checking Out
When ready, return to the locker room, shower, place used uniforms and towels in the laundry basket, and change into your clothes.

What’s Included in General Admission?
The General Admission tickets include the spa uniform rental and all-day access to:

Do I Need an Appointment?
You do not need to book an appointment for using the bath areas and saunas. You are welcome to walk in and purchase a general admission. For body scrub or massage services, we strongly recommended that guests book their appointments a few days ahead of time. Guests are welcome to check for availability when they arrive, but we cannot guarantee availability for walk-in appointments. General admission is required for guests to receive spa services and must be purchased separately as it is not included in the spa service fee.
How Do I Book a Service?
Guests can book their own appointments online. If you have questions about services, you may call us at (346) 978-6684.
Are Children Allowed?
Due to safety and health considerations, children under the age of 11 will not be able to use our Spa Facility. Children between 11 and 18 years of age are permitted only when accompanied by same sex guardian. Parents may check their kids ages 10 and under into Kid’s World. Please review our Kid’s World Page before stopping by and follow protocol/rules accordingly.
Are Phones Allowed in Bath Areas?
Phones are strictly forbidden in the locker room or bath areas, and must be kept inside their assigned locker at all times. No recording, photo, or video devices of any kind are allowed in the locker rooms and bath areas.
If you see guests with their phone out in the locker room or bath area, please notify a Spa World staff member immediately.
